Activity comes from Apify and may lag. User totals add each Actor’s users; they are not unique paying customers. Runs include free use and development tests.
Actor prices are labelled active or proposed and exclude the disclosed start event. Development usage is your account’s usage for its billing cycle, not customer revenue or the platform costs deducted from creator earnings.
Financials come from an Insights statement that you reconcile and import. Missing data stays unknown. Only imported Actors are included, and an estimated payout is not confirmation of a bank payment.
Apify payout is calculated for each Actor and month: max(0, 80% × eligible revenue − platform costs). External costs reduce business profit. Tax, labor, and unentered overhead are excluded.
In Apify Insights → Monetization or Payouts, copy each Actor’s eligible revenue and platform costs for the same month. Import a JSON file using this format. Zeroes here are examples, not account results.
